		<description>CAD operator or design engineer? Hmm, thats a hackneyed thoght in my mind, I must say. Probably, it depends, but generally most design engineers would be working as 'CAD operators' for most part of their jobs.
Afterall, you do not do 'start-from-the-scratch' designs everyday at work. I would probably think its 70-30 for 90% of the engineers.(30% of the work being truly design work). There is nothing wrong in this, thogh. Afterall, you cannot expect the organization to develop new products every now and then.</description>
